Summary
One theme that developed during the May of WTFs was around difficulty developers have working with Webpacker. Posts such as "Webpacker presents a more difficult OOB experience for JS Sprinkles than Sprockets did" and "Sprockets abandonment" reveal a number of pain points.
This guide, originally drafted in https://github.com/noelrappin/rails_javascript_documention_drafts and representing the efforts of several contributors, helps address that pain by providing an overview of Webpacker, explaining how it differs from Sprockets, and some basic usage examples.
