1. 介绍
经过Apache Hudi项目委员会讨论及投票，向 WangXiangHu和LiWei 2人发出Committer邀请，2人均已接受邀请并顺利成为Apache Hudi Committer，也使得Apache Hudi Committer成员不断发展壮大。
Wang XiangHu参与Apache Hudi社区贡献已经超过1年时间，完成了Apache Hudi和Apache Spark的解耦工作，并且实现了Flink写Hudi的第一个版本，同时也实现了Commit回调机制，可在每次Commit完成后发送HTTP/Kafka消息通知外部组件进行协调工作，同时 XiangHu 在Apache Hudi中国社区微信群非常积极地回答用户问题，并且输出了一些实战文章，极大帮助了开发者。
Li Wei和Uber的同学一起推动了RFC-19(Clustering data for freshness and query performance)的落地，Clustering可优化写入和查询性能，同时其在内核多个模块均有贡献，如支持使用Marker文件进行rollback操作；基于Insert Overwrite接口实现表和分区级别删除API；重构hudi-hive-sync模块以支持阿里云DLA；也修复了多个bug。
2. 社区
Apache Hudi社区在不断发展壮大，微信群/社区Slack/邮件列表非常活跃，讨论也非常开放，随着Hudi被越来越多公司熟知和使用，也吸引全球越来越多的小伙伴参与到社区中，其中来自国内开发者的声音越来越大，也欢迎一起更多国内小伙伴一起参与社区，让你的代码创造影响力。
