三棵树：2020年净利润同比增长23.33%
2021年1月14日，三棵树(603737)发布2020年年度业绩快报，公司实现营业总收入83.27亿元，同比增长39.43%;实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润5.01亿元，同比增长23.33%;基本每股收益1.91元。公司表示，业绩增长主要原因是随着公司品牌影响力不断提升，公司主营产品销量和建筑装饰业务同比增长所致。
公告显示，三棵树本报告期末总资产9,160,864,260.99元，比本报告期初增长61.42%;归属于上市公司股东的每股净资产9.52元，比本报告期初增长2.92%。
据悉，三棵树成立于2003年7月，注册资本2.69亿元，于2016年6月A股上市。法人代表为董事长洪杰，同时为该公司的第一大股东，持股比例65.97%。该公司主要经营范围为涂料(不含危险化学品及易制毒化学品)的制造等。
