韩国游戏开发商NCsoft计划收购Bithumb运营商65.76%股份

韩国游戏开发公司NCsoft拟参加针对韩国加密交易所Bithumb的收购。该公司表示打算以超过6500亿韩元（约5.95亿美元）的价格收购Bithumb Holdings 65.76％的股份。如果NCsoft获得Bithumb Holdings一半以上的股份，则将拥有Bithumb运营公司Bithumb Holdings的管理权。此前消息，韩国游戏公司Nexon计划与加密交易所Bithumb股东Vidente以5000亿韩元（约合4.6亿美元）的价格合作收购Bithumb。但Bident今日表示，与Nexon共同收购Bithumb Holdings的管理权的谈判没有根据。（GDnet Korea）
