碳链价值APP讯，硅谷合规投资平台Republic发布最新一期年报，在过去一年时间里完成交易157笔、配置超过1.5亿美金、通过并购等方式拓展三个市场、用户量超过100万人。Republic是从世界最大投资平台AngelList分拆独立的公司，主要提供股权众筹服务，并基于美国证券交易委员会下Reg A+和Reg D豁免发行证券型代币Republic Note。作为一种合规证券型代币，Republic Note可以分享平台的部分收益。当有平台募资项目成功退出的时候，Republic会将其中的附带权益变现，用来给持有Republic Note代币的投资人分红。
