Sarah Huang

Sarah Huang has been a PASS member since 2013, attending her first SQLSaturday on the same year. At that time, she was part of a Data Analyst community, whose members met online almost every Saturday night. In 2015, Sarah turned this group into the PASS Saturday Night SQL Virtual Group which closed three years later. Shortly after, she joined the PASS Application Development Virtual Group in 2019 as a co-organizer, leading the group to win third place in the Referral Program for PASS Summit 2019. Additionally, Sarah is the primary Group Leader of the PASS Global Chinese Virtual Group. In less than 6 years, Sarah has been the primary contributor of over 60 webinars across three Virtual Groups. Sarah enjoys her contributions for the PASS community, as well as what she has learned over the past seven years. She is very grateful for her experiences with PASS.

Congratulations, Sarah!

Jason Strate

Jason Strate is senior database architect and developer working in the financial services industry. He has been making data cool again for nearly twenty years, which includes more than a decade of consulting with companies across the United States. A previous recipient of the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award for Data Platform (formerly SQL Server) from 2009 to 2016, Jason's done fun stuff like getting certifications, blogging, authoring books, and presenting on technologies. These days, he's most often splitting his time between reading, karaoke, and the PASS Cloud Virtual Group.

Congratulations, Jason!

Ray Almonte

Ray Almonte is a long-time member and volunteer of the South Florida SQL Server Users Group, where he has provided support to PASS Local Group meetings for many years. He has volunteered at every edition of SQLSaturday South Florida, where he has assisted with pre-event tasks, on-site registration, and making sure speakers are set up and prepared to deliver their sessions.

Ray wholeheartedly believes that there is virtually no information of value that can’t become an even more valuable asset when added to a database, and made available to decision makers in a clear and easily understandable format.

Congratulations, Ray!

Hamish Watson

Hamish has been a member of PASS since 2013 after attending his first SQLSaturday in Christchurch, New Zealand. He quickly progressed from an attendee to organizer by 2015, and now coaches new SQLSaturday organizers. Mentoring is important to Hamish, and he encourages and supports first time and WIT speakers at the SQLSaturday events he organizes. A number of first time presenters are now regulars in the speaking community.

Hamish has spoken at PASS Summits since 2016 and he is a PASS User Group leader and a co-leader of the PASS DevOps Virtual Group.

With a passion for helping others, you will often find Hamish getting up at 3am to present at PASS events and educate data professionals around the world.

Congratulations, Hamish!
