上一讲我们介绍了 OKR 工作法，说它可以帮助我们提高个人绩效。但是很多人给我说，有目标也没用，因为白天工作忙得团团转，晚上各种事，周末比上班还忙，根本没时间去做想做的事情。这让我想起王铮亮的那首歌——《时间都去哪儿了》。是啊，时间都去哪儿了呢？怎么找到更多可利用的时间呢？
为了解决这个问题，我找到了两个工具——业余时间花费表格和业余时间花费饼图，可以帮助我们测量自己的时间消耗，直观呈现出“时间都去哪儿了”。然后，我们就可以根据测量结果，挖掘出大量可利用的业余时间。
1 时间测量工具
我们采用业余时间花费表格来测量业余时间花费，如下图所示：
