XY问题是最近这段时间对我影响最大的词。讨论问题时，者思考问题时都会问一问：
- 这是个Y问题对么？
- 所以X问题是什么？
自有了这个思维后分析问题的效率会高很多。每次觉得问题复杂时候通过发掘x问题会发现解决问题、提出问题有明显效率提升并且，X问题常是意图、动机，或者口语上讲是本意，它都有一个特别小的内核。
每当我意识到遇到问题了都会不自觉的去想这是x问题吗？
我刚来流利说的时发现事故报告中丰田5why是用来挖掘问题本质的好模型。这恰好方便寻找X问题，当然有些情况下管这叫Root Cause。

- 流利说学到的丰田5W
- 饿了么学到的Root Cause
我的老师们都指向了他们相同的深入思考的特质。
