支付宝发布倡议书，号召消费者能够尽快确认收货，让商家尽早收到货款，在疫情困难期渡过难关。
除了号召买家尽快确认收货，支付宝也推出了“0账期”服务，向符合条件的商铺免费提供，在买家确认收货前，由网商银行先把钱垫给商家，同时不影响买家的担保交易。
目前这项“0账期”向650万符合条件的淘宝商家提供，但更多的商家仍然需要买家的尽快确认来收回货款，面临现金流压力。

在这个特别时刻，请大家收到快递确认无误后，动动手指尽快点击“确认收货”，卖家早一点收到货款，就多一分盘活店浦的可能！网商银行已经为卖家垫资500亿元，让我们一起帮助小商家渡过这坎！
