近日，大量苏宁员工爆料称，苏宁强迫所有岗位员工卖货，甚至研发岗也不例外，全员都必须在3天内卖够1000元，否则就要罚钱。还有员工表示，最后无法完成任务，只能自己贴钱。从其叙述中，可以看出苏宁长久使用员工分销的方法，但是之前的要求还可以完成，而2月开始任务量持续上涨。另外一些员工称不堪忍受只能提出离职。
