【TechWeb】5月10日消息，深交所今天发布公告称，乐视网信息技术（北京）股份有限公司因触及本所《创业板股票上市规则（2018年11月修订）》第13.1.1条规定的暂停上市情形，依据本所上市委员会的审核意见，本所决定自2019年5月13日起暂停乐视网信息技术（北京）股份有限公司股票上市。
同时，乐视网信息技术（北京）股份有限公司在股票暂停上市期间，应当继续履行有关法规及本所《创业板股票上市规则（2018年11月修订）》规定的上市公司义务，做好信息披露工作。
根据乐视网此前发布的财报数据显示，去年全年，乐视网营业收入为15.58亿元，同比减少77.83%，归属上市公司股东的净利润为-40.96亿元，归属上市公司股东的净资产为-30.26亿元。
