1月22日晚，有自媒体发文称，科大讯飞准备优化30%的正式员工，要求员工半天签字走人。
对此，科大讯飞向腾讯《一线》回应称，相关传言系不实信息，公司正在进行年末业绩考评及末位淘汰工作，也同步为被优化员工提供转岗等人性化选项。
科大讯飞还称，2019年公司整体人数将比2018年稳中略升，目前也正在同步开展招聘工作。
