腾讯科技讯 11月12日，据港媒报道，消息人士透露，宝宝树战略股东阿里巴巴集团(持股9.9%)决定行使反摊薄权，将会追加投资。
路透旗下 IFR 早前引述消息人士透露，宝宝树拟集资最多8亿美元(约62.4亿港元)，但集资规模将视市场情况决定。
数据显示，复星2016年领投，为宝宝树完成30亿人民币下同的融资，持有宝宝树24.84%股权。
宝宝树旗下平台包括“宝宝树孕育”、社交记录媒介和早教内容及工具在线平台“小时光”、 母婴产品类电商平台“美囤妈妈”。
