无论产品和服务如何创新，都必须以维护消费者权益为前提。如果不顾消费者的实际感受，就将所谓的“创新”强加给消费者，这样的“创新”无疑走偏了最近有媒体报道，一些在小区门口设置的自助快递柜变成快递员的“甩手柜”，甚至成了向消费者收取保管费的“索钱柜”，引来不少共鸣。
