5月14日早间，据@CCFA成都空港缘分爆料称，川航空客A319客机飞临成都上空时副驾驶一侧驾驶舱玻璃破碎，随后飞机挂出7700紧急代码，并立即备降成都双流国际机场。曝光的照片显示，飞机驾驶舱右侧风挡玻璃消失，仪表台受损。从flightradar24的数据看，风挡损坏可能是在万米巡航阶段发生的。
