近日AMD发布了6.02.07.2300版锐龙芯片组驱动，属于WHQL版本，适用于各款Ryzen和Ryzen Threadripper处理器的对应芯片组，包括了运行Windows 10/11 64-bit操作系统的A320、B350、X370、B450、X470、X399、A520、B550、X570、B650E / B650、X670E / X670、TRX40、TRX50、WRX80和WRX90平台。
在新版驱动程序中，AMD修复了锐龙平台的一些错误，不过没有具体的说明。这次的软件包内除了有AMD芯片组驱动程序，还有AMD Ryzen Power Plans（Windows 10 2019年5月更新中UEFI CPPC2的必备条件）。
今年CES 2024上，AMD面向AM5平台发布了Ryzen 8000G系列，基于“Hawk Point”打造，采用了台积电（TSMC）的4nm工艺制造，CPU和GPU分别为Zen 4和RDNA 3架构，另外还有XDNA架构的NPU，目前锐龙芯片组驱动也已经提供了对这款APU的支持。
已知的问题，包括：
某些驱动程序名称可能在非英语操作系统上以英文显示。
卸载摘要日志可能会错误地将卸载状态显示为失败。
Ryzen PPKG偶尔可能无法安装/升级。
