I was for a long time severely suffered from ADHD which basically hinders my ability to focus on the tasks at hand. Plus, I was recently sleep-deprived and got eye strain a lot because I had to pull all nighters as the consequence of incomplete tasks during the day that I've trouble finishing. Anyone in this situation before? I want to hear from those who used to have ADHD and how they could resolve it. Thanks a ton!
