I'm thrilled to launch my Gemini Side Panel, a new Chrome extension that helps me stay focused on work while still getting all the benefits of AI. I used it to help me write this.

Here's what makes it awesome:

Focus-friendly: The side panel stays open as you work and navigate, you don't need to tab away ever again!

Free: Gemini AI is FREE if you have a personal (or work + enabled) Google Account

Addictive: It truly becomes a swiss-army knife for every tasks

✅ Summaries ✅ Draft emails ✅ ELI5 ✅ Reply to social media ✅ Answer that angry slack msg ✅ Create Discord walls of text about which anime is better ✅ Integrates with some Google other services too (like Gmail) ...and the cool part is that it stores all your answers in a handy history! P.S. it can generate some images (this is still clunky and doesnt work super well tho)

If you find yourself always losing focus of work because you end up searching for answers in a different tab or window, this is the extension you might consider trying. I hope to add some prompt ideas baked into the extension in a future release ;)
