600亿半导体巨头澜起科技要跟英特尔做生意
铅笔道、含新社联合消息，2024年03月07日，澜起科技发布了《澜起科技关于签署相关采购协议暨关联交易的公告》。
公告称，示澜起科技计划与Intel Corporation及其直接或间接控制的公司就采购原材料、研发工具及服务等事项签署相关采购协议，董事会授权管理层在不超过1.06亿元人民币额度范围内签署上述采购协议。
公告提到，Intel Corporation 的全资子公司 Intel Capital Corporation 持有澜起科技股份超过 5%。
截至2024年03月06日收盘，澜起科技股价为52.68元/股，流通市值为601.32亿元。
