Dean Tognella Superloop’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Featured

Superloop Limited has appointed Dean Tognella as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a role he has acted in since 23 October 2023.
Superloop says Tognella - whose appointment was effective on 6 March - was identified as being the preferred candidate to support the continued success of the company’s ‘Double Down’ strategy.
“With more than 25 years' experience in telecommunications and technology companies, Mr Tognella has previously held senior roles within SingTel, Optus, NBN Co, IBM and PwC,” notes Superloop.
“Mr Tognella is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) in Sydney and a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology.”
Paul Tyler, Superloop Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer said, “The Board and I want to thank Dean for his incredible enthusiasm and impact whilst in the Acting CFO role. During this time, Dean led the 1H FY24 results process, demonstrating his deep knowledge of the business and industry, strong leadership and financial acumen, contributing significantly to the Company's financial success and growth.”
Superloop notes that as announced on 23 October 2023, Dean Tognella’s previous role as Group Executive Business & Wholesale was assumed on an acting basis by Daisey Stampfer, Superloop’s Group Executive Strategy & Transformation, who has been appointed to the Group Executive Business & Wholesale role on a permanent basis, also effective today.
“Ms Stampfer has more than 15 years’ experience in technical and non-technical leadership roles in tier 1 organisations such as Bosch, Thales, Telstra and more recently, NBN Co where she was the GM of Sales Enablement and Client Services for business service delivery. Leveraging her education in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Software and Law, Ms Stampfer’s passion lies in solving business challenges with Superloop’s modern day solutions, enabling customers to succeed in their pursuits,” concluded Superloop.
