杭州投一周就俩面试

算是个记录贴。
上个帖子 boss 大都已读不回
感谢大家提供的建议，简历也优化了一下，但还是已读不回。
目前 boss 沟通了 330 ，简历就投出去 12 份。这两天刷 boss 明显感觉没什么新岗位了，基本都是些旧岗位，hr 也是不活跃状态，但能投的也基本都投了，除了一些标注了要前端技能的。现在外包也基本上需要 3 年以上的经验了。
然后有很多招聘信息与职位详情冲突的情况，比如信息展示 1~3 年，但详情里又明确需要 3 年以上，或者是经验 1~3 年招高级、又要有管理经验大型项目经验，最后给个 8-10k 。这种岗位我都不知道要不要投。
还有就是找我要简历的，但点进去发现职位已关闭，这种有什么说法吗。
现在已经开始往上海、宁波投了。
