美法院再发临时限制令冻结数十个卖家账户，要求停止对Shein侵权

动点科技获悉，美国法院最新颁布临时限制令显示，因涉侵权Shein，美国伊利诺伊州北区联邦地区法院东部分院向跨境平台上的31个商家发布了TRO（临时限制令），要求上述商家停止侵权Shein的行为，并冻结了这些商户账号上的资金，这些商户大部分位于新兴跨境电商平台上。
在此之前的2023年12月至2024年1月，Shein对其旗下自主品牌进行维权，已经陆续获得美国法院颁布的3个TRO支持，要求涉侵权Shein的数十个商家下架侵权链接和图片。美国法院认为，如不采取紧急措施限制涉侵权方的行为，Shein有可能会遭受难以弥补的损失，因而冻结这些商户账号上的资金是有必要的。
