Support is great. Feedback is even better.

"Hey Hunters! This is my second Apple Vision Pro app release, my first was FloatNotes which is currently featured on the App Store. The app is free to try so I'd love feedback! You can select a single photo on the free version, it is a paid upgrade to unlock albums and saving multiple frame configs."

I built DeskFrame as I wanted a simple way to actually go through my photos, without having to think about it. Like a physical digital photo frame, you can point the app to a shared album and the photos will just naturally be shown over time. A lot of my digital photos nowadays just seem to get lost & forgotten unless I sit down and go through the photos app intentionally.

Plus I really hated that you have to go into control center on the Vision Pro to see a clock, so DeskFrame is now my always on desk clock when I am working in the headset.

Congrats on launching DeskFrame, Jason! It's such a cool idea to bring photos to life in mixed reality. I love how it doubles as a clock when working with the Vision Pro.

Just curious, how do you choose which photos to display?

Can't wait to see my memories pop up in a whole new way. Awesome work!

@karanbhakuni Thanks Karan! Currently you can either select a single photo, or an album. If you choose an album it is randomly going through it at the moment, but I'm going to add a sequential mode in a future update.
Ar is really bringing forth new innovations. It could even replace a real family portrait in cases where the real thing is not available. Congrats!

DeskFrame seems like an innovative and immersive addition to the traditional digital photo frame. The incorporation of mixed reality, 3D rendering, lighting, shadows, and a subtle glass reflection elevates the viewing experience, making it feel more lifelike and integrated into the user's space. This attention to detail not only showcases your favorite photo albums but also adds an aesthetic touch, creating a dynamic and visually appealing display.

The inclusion of time display is a practical feature, adding functionality to the product beyond being a traditional photo frame. This versatility allows users to enjoy both personal memories and practical information in a single device.

Overall, DeskFrame appears to be a well-thought-out and creative product that combines technology with aesthetics, offering users a unique and immersive way to showcase their memories.
