Colombia’s Largest Companies by market capitalization, 2024

As of February 20, 2024, ECOPETROL is the most valuable company in Colombia, with a market cap of $24.22 billion. Following it are BANCOLOMBIA ($8.01 billion) and GRUPO NUTRESA ($5.46 billion). Colombia’s top five most valuable companies include some of the world’s most renowned brands: GRUPO ENERGÍA BOGOTÁ (No. 4, $4.95 billion) and INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA (No. 5, $4.75 billion).

Overall, among Colombia’s largest companies by market capitalization, the sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth positions are held by GRUPO DE INVERSIONES SURAMERICANA, GRUPO AVAL ACCIONES Y VALORES, BANCO DE BOGOTÁ, and BAC HOLDING INTERNATIONAL.
