入行编程 5 年了，最近 2 年感觉身体一直处于亚健康状态，易疲惫，身体时不时出现炎症（腱鞘炎，关节炎这些），去医院查又查不出什么东西来，轻微脱发，出现过有小块斑秃现象，但是两三个月又好了。 出现这些主要还是因为加班多，锻炼少，饮食不健康导致，最近开始抗炎饮食，买个医疗险，准备等生效后做个全身体检。
