Fortinet, a global cybersecurity leader, has appointed John Milionis as the new Channel Sales Director in Australia.

John is an experienced leader who will focus on achieving outcomes for Fortinet partners and customers while securing against evolving threats.

John is an experienced leader with a strong track record of more than 20 years in driving strategic partnerships and business development in the technology sector. He specializes in supporting strategic channel development and growth, where he has consistently demonstrated a great ability to understand industry dynamics and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

John is a highly experienced professional who has worked in senior channel roles for both start-ups and established enterprises across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) regions. He has also supported Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) operations more broadly. He most recently served as the director and head of channels and alliances for ANZ at Zscaler. Prior to this, John was the enterprise channel director for ANZ at Forcepoint and the channel director for APJ at Riverbed Technology. Throughout his career, John has demonstrated a deep understanding of complex and fast-moving environments, excelling in roles that require high-level strategic thinking and execution.

John holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from RMIT and a Postgraduate Degree in Applied Finance and Economics from Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
