不同手机 ROM(数据源)的国内空气质量数据差距很大

自己用的是 MIUI 国际版的 ROM ，用的天气预报数据来源是海外(accuweather)的，发现和朋友国内版 MIUI 天气的温度预报差距不大，但空气质量指标相差巨大。
以上海及周边地区为例
accuweather 的数据（空气质量很差）：

对比 weather.com.cn 的数据（空气质量较好）：
http://www.weather.com.cn/air/
是测量或计算方法上的差异吗，哪个更有参考价值？
p.s. 目前人在上海，能见度其实还不错，感觉空气质量没 accuweather 预报的那么差...
