如何将 Apple 和华为运动健康的数据导入到 Strava？

我想要找到一款应用来统一管理我的运动数据，最终决定使用 Strava 。但是，由于我的运动数据分布在各个平台，现在想将历史的数据都导入到 Strava 上。
我发现，直接用 Strava 的 iOS APP 导入 Apple Health 的数据，只能导入最近 30 天的。如果导出 Apple Health 的数据文件也是 XML 格式的，Strava 这边仅支持.tcx 、.fit 或.gpx 三种格式的本地文件。至于华为运动健康，也没找到一个合适的方法同步数据到 Strava 。
我的想法是，可能要借助某些第三方平台，作为 Apple/华为与 Strava 之间的中介，把数据同步过去了。请求是否有 V 友尝试过？
