想买二手服务器，但是找不到渠道

如题，观察发现虽然二手平台的价格也算是很便宜了但是我实在是做不到什么一千块组一台，可能是我的渠道错了。 可能有些偏门，但是我只需要便宜不考虑占地噪音和功耗这些（还打算上机柜的）
大概需求如下，简单来说就是 AIO：
- 多核心，比如双路主板（虚拟化 / 编译）
- 能够插多张计算卡，跑 AI 总会用到
- 内存标配就行 （不低于 96 ）
- 存储够大，硬盘位管够就 SAS （主要跑 BT 目前一个硬盘也够用）
- 万兆内网（这个自己搞都行）
有什么推荐的配置和渠道吗？比如 R720XD 、R7515 这些。
也许以后还会尝试刀片，机柜倒是可以先买好一个大点的（同样机柜怎么买？便宜的大部分都是本地自提）
