博帝PCIe 5.0 SSD用上残暴涡轮风扇：可是依然残血
快科技2月8日消息，博帝(Patriot)宣布了最新款PCIe 5.0 SSD Viper PV553，不但用上了风扇，而且是非常残暴的涡轮式风扇。
同时，它还有16.5毫米厚的铝质散热片，号称结合风扇可以将SSD的温度降低多达40％。
为了压制群联E26主控这个发热怪兽，也真是难为厂商们了，但就算如此，性能也是残血。
博帝Viper PV553的闪存是美光232层堆叠B58R 3D TLC，容量1/2/4TB，其中2/4TB版本性能一致，顺序读写都是12.4GB/s、11.8GB/s，随机读写都是140万IOPS。
1TB版本则只有11.7GB/s、9.5GB/s、130万IOPS、140万IOPS。
写入寿命分别为700TBW、1400TBW、3000TBW，质保五年，平均每天0.38-0.41次全盘写入。
值得一提的是，PNY必恩威之前发布的CS3150 PCIe 5.0 SSD，还用过两个风扇，而最高性能也只有12GB/s、10GB/s。
