I had seen a CM alt in the just-finished div3's top 10. This is clearly against the rules. I will attach the submissions below,

Nicklaus_mickelson and Rania For example, G : 245179313 and 245250652 E : 245144155 and 245250621 and it is the same for the rest of problems.

It happened on other past contests too. For example, on 30 Jan 2024, 244170606 and 244086307. Identical codes too. I found 1 difference only! Rania submits c++17 64-bit and Nicklaus submits c++20 64-bit. Beyond this, completely identical codes.

So how will this issue be handled? This is a direct abuse of div3. MikeMirzayanov

Come on bro he is not a real cm, he doesn't even know how to solve F. We cyans should recognize his skill issue and accept him into our brotherhood.

In these situations one of the accounts will get disabled after a while, And the user will know he should stop doing it.

But I knew a friend whose main account got disabled instead of the alt with the lower rating and much less problems solved. So MikeMirzayanov, can you make the bots (or whetever the thing that's disabling accounts) be more reasonable with its choice ?

I think it is a fully automated process. Like what happened with orzdevinwang, zh0ukangyang was banned. Why? because zh0ukangyang is the newer account so older is kept.

BTW, the submissions you linked were submitted from the CM acc after the contest. This is never a good proof and no one is getting banned for your blog post. Because one can easily get all codeforces users banned by copying their submissions.

I didn't mention that both were attending the contest live. Yes the Cyan acc attended live then the CM submitted after contest. But let's analyse the situation, a newbie might copy ok. But will a CM (Main account) copy div3 rk10 (and in many past problems too)? Codes are identical. Why do they have identical templates also? So you saying "never a good proof" doesn't make sense at all. The truth is, it's his/her alt. Identical submissions! You can find the same pattern in other submissions through the 2 accounts. And why had zh0ukangyang been banned? Because of participating on two different accounts. He surely didn't participate same contest on both accs. So maybe a share account (between many people)? Yes, maybe. But on this contest it was the acc Rania who had access to Nicklaus_mickelson

Long ago, there hadn't been a rule to address this, but since 2024 start. Mike released a single account policy.

No disable to either accounts happened but +194 ! Is it because a CM, but when a pupil like your friend kira does it, gets banned on the newer acc? MikeMirzayanov Is it Ok for Div1/2 participants to abuse div3 ?

    • 48 minutes ago, # ^ |

It is Ok. Нou can't stop Div1/2 participants from writing rounds!

Said another div3 abuser, but you are smart and didn't go to submit same exact solutions from your main.

The spoil is caused by a div1 participant attending a div3, which is unfair and I expect MikeMirzayanov to take action.

Ok. You can think whatever you want about me:) I just really do not understand what the point of creating 100500100500 blog about : "Look I found 1010 cheaters". It's just a waste of time isn't it?
