1、首先打开苹果电脑里的“设置”

2、然后下滑屏幕，在列表里找到想要关闭粘贴弹窗的软件。

3、随后点开最下方“从其他App粘贴”

4、最后更改为“拒绝”就可以关闭粘贴弹窗功能了。
