IT之家 2 月 2 日消息，苹果公司首席执行官蒂姆・库克（Tim Cook）表示，苹果公司不会因为 Apple Watch 在美国的销售禁令，而妥协通过授权方式使用 Masimo 的血氧检测技术。
美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）裁定，苹果侵犯 Masimo 的血氧检测技术，发布禁令阻止苹果在美国销售 Apple Watch Series 9 和 Apple Watch Ultra 2 智能手表。
苹果申请临时搁置禁令动议遭到法院拒绝之后，目前在美国市场选择禁用传感器以继续销售，而不是采取任何其他措施。
库克在今天的财报电话会议中明确表示，苹果无意通过许可方式，使用 Masimo 的专利，IT之家翻译其内容如下：“我们专注于吸引力。即使没有血氧传感器，消费者也有很多理由购买这款手表”。
