Follow Up transaction not being added to the Activity Clipboard in IC.

The follow up transaction is not being added to the activity clipboard even after performing copy controls, maintaining of Activity Clipboard Profiles, Outbound Plugin in Navigation Bar. The system is showing that the Follow up Transaction has been created but it is not visible nor being visible in Activity Clipboard. Appreciate for any insights.
