Kostas Dafoulas is the Interim CFO of Edible Garden Following the Retirement of Michael James
Effective January 25, 2024, Michael James, the Chief Financial Officer of Edible Garden, has retired from his position. The board has appointed Kostas Dafoulas as the interim Chief Financial Officer.
Kostas Dafoulas, aged 44, has been serving as a consultant to Edible Garden since November 1, 2023, on behalf of CapConnect+ Inc. During this period, he provided financial reporting and related services to the company. While serving as the interim CFO, Kostas will still serve his current role as the Head of Advisory & Finance at CapConnect. He has held this position since September 2021. Before joining CapConnect, Kostas served as the Treasurer at Semrush Inc. from April 2020 to September 2021.
Prior to his roles at CapConnect and Semrush, from December 2017 to April 2020, Kostas Dafoulas held the position of Director of Treasury at Circle Internet Financial and served as the Head of Finance for Poloniex.
