360安全卫士作为杀毒软件在清理电脑时会将疑似病毒的文件的软件都给清理掉，有些用户保存的重要文件就因此被清理。但是只要将文件设置到白名单中便可解决问题；白名单设置在软件“木马查杀”功能中可以设置。
360安全卫士怎么添加白名单
1、打开软件找到并点击“木马查杀”
2、找到“信任区”点击进入。
3、这里的添加目录和文件可以把你要加入的文件导入进去
4、弹出的对话框选择勾选然后确定
5、勾选你要添加白名单的软件就可以了。
