Dean.Bot 由硅谷企业家 Matt Krisiloff 和 Jed Somers 所创，他们在本周二新罕布什尔州初选前成立了一个超级政治行动委员会，以支持 Phillips（明尼苏达州）。该委员会曾与人工智能初创公司 Delphi 签订合同，由后者负责开发该机器人。OpenAI 在周五晚些时候暂停了 Delphi 的账户，并指出 OpenAI 的规则禁止在政治活动中使用其技术。账户被暂停后，Delphi 关闭了 Dean.Bot。
