Hello,

I have been trying to create a support request by submitting the SAP Store Support form but got an error. I did the same at SAP For Me but I got the same error as well. I tried the Chat but the wait took longer than 5 minutes. Would anyone know about this system outage and how long it will last?

I have a current (my second) BTP Free Tier contract that was processed last November 2023. However, my S-ID is about to expire in March 2024. I need to extend the lifetime of my S-ID and update other info. I do not have administrator authorization for some reason. FWIW, it was the Customer Interaction Center that gave me the SAP Store Support form link. But given the circumstances, is there any other support service that I can reach out to directly to resolve the issue?
