ByDesign Excel add-in login issue

Dear Expert,

One of our clients cannot login to Excel add-in. He can login to the tenant from browser, but not from Excel. The company uses SSO and the excel opens login panel from IAS, there he puts the same ID and PW as when he login to the tenant, but the access is not authorized message pops up and fails.

We tried installing the Excel add-in again, but the issue did not solve. All the other his colleagues can login without any problems.

Please let me know how I can solve this issue.
