Not directly within Crystal. If you have Crystal Reports Server or SAP BusinessObjects, you could create either an object package or a publication that would run all of the reports as one, but they would still be viewed as separate reports.

There are 3rd-party Crystal Reports tools that allow you to consolidate output from multiple reports into some types of output (pdf, excel, word, text, CSV, ...). For example, export and merge to a single PDF (with extra options such as adding bookmarks and a table of contents).

In what format do you prefer to deliver the final output?

If it is OK for the end users to access .pdf files as opposed to .rpt files, you can also look into PDF File Merging as a publication in SAP BI CR Server / BOBJ. You can create a Publication with a merged .pdf file without having to change your existing reports. This can be scheduled to a file server, email recipients, BI In-Boxes etc. There are options as well to add a table of contents and add page numbering that continues through the end document.
