腾讯游戏回应多款游戏服务器崩溃：因运营商线路故障导致，相关异常现已恢复
1月12日，大量网友反馈腾讯游戏服务器出现问题，导致《英雄联盟》、《穿越火线》等多款游戏集体掉线。针对此事，腾讯游戏官方回应：今夜0时许，因运营商线路故障导致网络波动，部分区域服务器的用户出现掉线和暂时无法登录的情况。相关异常现已恢复。对于由此造成的不便，我们深表歉意。
今日早些时候，许多玩家在游戏中途遭遇网络连接中断，重新登陆时无法正常连接到服务器。其他腾讯系游戏如《英雄联盟手游》、《地下城与勇士》、《金铲铲之战》和《和平精英》等也出现了服务器崩溃的情况，导致在线玩家全部掉线。（腾讯游戏）
