如何低成本屏蔽噪音

看房的的时候大意了，新搬的住所临近大马路，24 小时不间断有车辆经过，产生路噪。
附近 50 米还有施工的工地（机械）一直在哐当哐当。
目前想到方法：
- 换断桥铝窗户的话要投入不少钱，就不考虑了。
- 降噪耳机，在家一直戴着也不合适。
- 降噪耳塞，买的 3M 棉的。可能没掌握使用方法，每次用的时候不好塞进去。
