美国地区法院法官 22 日裁定前称 Twitter 现改名 X 的社交平台，未发给员工原承诺的数百万美元红利，此举违反合约。
路透社报导，Mark Schobinger 5 月去职前担任 Twitter 薪酬资深总监，他 6 月控告Twitter 违反合约。Mark Schobinger 指控 Twitter 去年亿万富豪马斯克买下前后承诺发给员工 2022 年目标红利的 50%，却从未发放。
地区法院法官 Vince Chhabria 12日判决书写道：据加州法律，一旦 Mark Schobinger 达成 Twitter 要求，Twitter 的红利回报即具有约束性。
X 不再有媒体关系办公室。X 在非上班时间未立即回应路透社寻求评论的要求。自从马斯克买下并裁掉公司逾五成员工后，X 已经遭多名前 Twitter 员工和主管告上法院。
