Two ways to change in 2024

It’s not so much about resolutions as it is about change. If you don’t want your 2024 to be the same as your 2023, there are two ways to do that.
One, do something new. New job, new club, new role, new friends. If you want to do that, how are you preparing to identify and seize the opportunity?
Two, do what you’re doing now better. That means new habits and new processes. How are you laying the groundwork so that you won’t slip back into the same old way of doing things?
Either way, who’s your mentor or advisor? Who’s going to keep you honest?
Wanting change is pointless. Preparing for it is essential. Otherwise, your year won’t go much better than last year.
