珠城科技拟收购奥华智能53%股权加快汽车连接器领域布局
铅笔道、含新社联合消息，2024年01月03日，珠城科技发布了《关于拟对外投资暨签署框架协议的公告》，表示公司计划通过股权收购方式，取得惠州奥华智能科技有限公司53%的股权。
惠州奥华智能科技有限公司主要产品为汽车高速、高频连接器以及高压连接器，广泛应用于新能源汽车等领域，终端客户包括丰田、北汽等国内外汽车厂商。
