为了跟上2024年各大厂商的AI竞赛，微软决定进行一次品牌重塑，正式决定将Android和iOS上的Edge浏览器更名为“Microsoft Edge：AI浏览器”，旨在阐明浏览器新的AI功能。

Tierney Cyren 在 Twitter也发表了相关的更名改变。

虽然更名为“Microsoft Edge：AI浏览器”，但实际上整体功能目前还没有很大的变化，用户依旧可以使用之前Edge浏览器的所有功能，后续还会添加其它的人工智能功能。
