近日，荷兰政府部分撤销了此前颁发的ASML相关DUV浸润式光刻机的出口许可证事宜引起外界关注。1月2日上午，记者从ASML获得的官方声明显示，荷兰政府部分撤销的是此前颁发的NXT:2050i和NXT:2100i光刻机在2023年发货的出口许可证。ASML表示，这将对公司在中国的个别客户产生影响。同时，该公司预计此次出口许可证撤销及最新的美国出口管制限制不会对2023年的财务情况产生重大影响。
