沪硅产业子公司参投半导体硅片生产基地
铅笔道、含新社联合消息，2023年12月30日，沪硅产业发布了《沪硅产业关于子公司拟签订半导体硅片材料生产基地项目合作协议的公告》，表示子公司上海新升半导体科技有限公司拟与太原市人民政府、太原中北高新技术产业开发区管理委员会签订《关于半导体硅片材料生产基地项目合作协议》，投资建设“300mm半导体硅片拉晶以及切磨抛生产基地”。项目计划总投资为人民币91亿元。
