Surge 打开一会儿就连不上网了

mac：m2 max surge:5.4.1 （ TNT ）
之前使用的时候都是一切正常，是最近两天出现的这种情况，重启 surge 之后就可以正常用，使用十分钟左右之后就会断连，因为我用的是增强模式，所以导致正常的国内网站也用不了
我在网上查过类似的，尝试修改 dns 解析，修改配置文件的规则都没有解决这个问题
不知道有没有大佬遇到类似情况的，可有解决办法
