As of December 29, 2023, Elon Musk was the wealthiest person in the United States, with an estimated net worth of 254.7 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Jeff Bezos (No. 2, $175.6 billion), Larry Ellison (No. 3, $136.4 billion); and Mark Zuckerberg (No. 4, $126.8 billion).

Bill Gates is the fifth-richest person in the United States, with a whopping $119.4 billion.  Warren Buffett ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $119.1 billion, followed by Larry Page with $117.6 billion. Sergey Brin is placed 8th with a net worth of $112.8 billion. Steve Ballmer ($112.0 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in the United States.
